Key Responsibilities
- Chief Legal Officer: Manage all legal matters, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide legal advice to the board and management.
- Chief IT & Systems Officer: Oversee IT governance, implement secure systems, and lead digital transformation initiatives within MEPCO.
- Chief Supply Chain Officer: Lead procurement strategies, optimize supply chain processes, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Chief Internal Auditor: Conduct audits, assess risks, and provide recommendations for financial and operational improvements.
