Eligibility Criteria

  • 🎓 Qualification:
    • Minimum 16 years of education in Computer Science, Project Management, Public Administration, Engineering, or any related field.
    • 18 years of education (Master’s/MPhil) from HEC-recognized universities will be given preference.
  • 💼 Experience:
    • At least 5 years of progressive work experience in a reputable public or private organization
    • Prior involvement in project implementation, operations, stakeholder coordination, or risk & compliance roles is highly desirable.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee execution of national-level projects related to identity management and service delivery
  • Prepare project reports, work plans, and timelines for internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Monitor compliance with operational protocols, timelines, and policy frameworks
  • Analyze risks, bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to optimize workflow
  • Ensure alignment with national objectives and institutional goals
  • Assist in inter-departmental communication, reporting, and strategic planning
  • Engage in high-level documentation, stakeholder communication, and reporting to senior management

💡 Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent command over MS Office, documentation, and reporting tools
  • Knowledge of data governance, public administration, or biometric systems preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience with cross-functional coordination
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to prioritize, execute, and manage complex tasks
  • Good understanding of contract management, procurement rules, and government regulations is a plus
