(NIBAF), Pakistan Job Opportunities for a Project: Integration of Financial Literacy Content in the National Curriculum of Pakistan

The National Institute of Banking & Finance (NIBAF), Pakistan is inviting applications from qualified professionals to participate in a project titled the Integration of Financial Literacy Content in the National Curriculum of Pakistan. The goal of this project is to integrate financial literacy into the curriculum from grades 1 to 12, focusing on educating school children and adolescents nationwide.

Available Positions:

1. Project Director (01 Position)

• Age Limit: 50 Years
• Qualification: 16 years of education or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university/institution in Business Administration, Economics, Development Finance, Information Technology, Project Management, or related disciplines.
• Experience: At least 15 years of relevant experience.

2. Manager Content and Implementation (01 Position)

• Age Limit: 45 Years
• Qualification: 16 years of education or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university/institution in Business Administration, Economics, Development Finance, Information Technology, Project Management, or relevant qualifications (CA, ACMA, CPA, CFA, CIMA, ACCA).
• Experience: At least 8 years of relevant experience.

3. Manager Admin and Finance (01 Position)

• Age Limit: 45 Years
• Qualification: 16 years of education or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university/institution in Business Administration, Economics, Development Finance, Information Technology, Project Management, or relevant certifications (CA, ACMA, CPA, CFA, CIMA, ACCA).
• Experience: At least 8 years of relevant experience.

4. Associate Manager Content and Implementation (01 Position)

• Age Limit: 40 Years
• Qualification: 16 years of education or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university/institution in Business Administration, Economics, Development Finance, Information Technology, Project Management, or relevant disciplines.
• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience.

5. Associate Manager M&E (01 Position)

• Age Limit: 40 Years
• Qualification: 16 years of education or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university/institution in Business Administration, Economics, Development Finance, Information Technology, Project Management, or relevant disciplines.
• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience.

6. Associate Manager Admin and Finance (01 Position)

• Age Limit: 40 Years
• Qualification: 16 years of education or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university/institution in Business Administration, Economics, Development Finance, Information Technology, Project Management, or relevant certifications.
• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience.

Terms of Employment:

• Contract Duration: The contract is initially set for two years, as per the rules and SOPs of NIBAF, Pakistan. If required, the contract may be extended for an additional year or until the project completion.
• Salary: Selected candidates will be offered competitive market salaries.
• Travel Requirements: These positions may require extensive travel across Pakistan, including to regions such as Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) and Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK).
• Eligibility: Candidates who have been blacklisted or previously dismissed are ineligible to apply.
