📌 Eligibility Criteria

✅ Age Requirement: 28 to 52 years
✅ License Required: Valid HTV (Heavy Transport Vehicle) License
✅ Experience: Prior experience in long-haul trucking and heavy vehicle driving is preferred
✅ Medical Fitness: Candidates must be medically fit and able to pass NLC’s medical examination
✅ Driving Record: A clean driving history will be an advantage

💰 Salary & Benefits

💵 Base Salary: Starting from PKR 69,752/month (Performance-based increments available)
💰 Additional Earnings & Incentives:

• Trip allowance: PKR 15,000 – 30,000 per trip (based on route and cargo type)
• Monthly bonus: Up to PKR 40,000 (Based on driving performance)
• Overtime & special duty benefits
