The National Disaster Risk Management Fund (NDRMF) – a public sector entity established under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017 – is at the forefront of building Pakistan’s resilience to climate change, disasters, and other natural hazards. 1️⃣ Deputy Manager – GIS Developer/Modeling

🔍 Role Overview:
As Deputy Manager (GIS Developer/Modeling), you’ll design and implement geospatial solutions and analytical models that support disaster risk mapping, vulnerability assessments, and climate impact projections. This role is crucial in supporting evidence-based decision-making for grant allocation and project planning across Pakistan.

🎓 Qualification Requirements:

• Minimum 16 years of education in Geoinformatics, Computer Science, GIS Development, or related disciplines

💼 Experience:

• 6–8 years of relevant professional experience
• At least 2–3 years in GIS-specific roles
• Must have contributed to at least 3 national or international landmark projects related to geospatial analysis, risk modeling, or environmental mapping

🌐 Desired Skills:

• Proficiency in ArcGIS, QGIS, Python, spatial data visualization tools
• Project management and technical report writing
• Strong understanding of climate risk, hydrological modeling, and spatial planning tools

2️⃣ Internal Audit Coordinator

🔍 Role Overview:
As the Internal Audit Coordinator, you will assist in implementing a strong governance and compliance framework, conducting risk-based audits, and ensuring internal controls align with donor guidelines and national regulations. You will support transparency, accountability, and financial efficiency across all NDRMF-funded projects.

🎓 Qualification Requirements:

• 14 years of education in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics
• Candidates with ACCA (Applied Skills), ICAP CAF, or ICMA Managerial Level qualifications are also eligible

💼 Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an audit firm, ideally with a focus on internal audits
• Strong report writing and documentation abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office, audit software, and basic financial systems

🌐 Desired Skills:

• Analytical thinking
• Effective communication and audit documentation
• Familiarity with donor-funded project audits and public sector controls
