We are hiring for the following key roles:

1. Finance Expert
2. Health Expert
3. Public Sector Administration Expert

These positions are contractual, with an initial term of two years, extendable based on performance.

Position Details

1. Finance Expert

• Qualifications: Must be a Chartered Accountant (FCA), Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA), or a member of a recognized professional body.
• Experience:
  • At least 5 years in a senior supervisory role or as part of an Audit Committee in two or more health sector organizations.
  • Experience working in public sector health organizations or donor-funded projects at the management level.
  • Certifications in Internal Audit, Fraud Examination, or similar credentials from a recognized institution.
• Maximum Age: 65 years.

2. Health Expert

• Qualifications:
  • MBBS, MPH, or a postgraduate degree in health sciences from an HEC-recognized university.
• Experience:
  • At least 5 years in a senior management position in the health sector.
  • Expertise in administrative and programmatic audits, particularly in public sector organizations.
  • Familiarity with managing infectious diseases like HIV, TB, or malaria is preferred.
• Maximum Age: 65 years.

3. Public Sector Administration Expert

• Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Public Administration from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Retired civil servants from Grade 20 or above are also eligible.
• Experience:
  • At least 5 years in senior management or governance roles, preferably in health sector organizations.
  • Proven expertise in overseeing donor-funded projects and managing administrative audits.
  • Experience working with the Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations, and Coordination is highly valued.
• Maximum Age: 65 years.
