Strategic and Technical Positions – Oil & Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL)
Oil & Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL), Islamabad-based Pakistan’s leading exploration and production organization, seeks applications from highly experienced and qualified staff for various strategic and field-level positions. Positions available are Deputy Chief Driller, Deputy Chief CSR Officer, Deputy Chief Security Officer, Senior Security Officer, Senior Driller, Senior CSR Officer, and Senior Boiler Engineer. These are project-critical positions and are for experienced professionals with technical expertise and leadership skills to be a part of OGDCL’s growing national operations.
Job Positions & Eligibility Criteria:

| 2 | Deputy Chief CSR Officer | EG-V | Master’s/Bachelor’s (16 years) in Business Admin, Public Admin, Development Studies, Sociology, Law, or Rural Development with 10 years experience. |
| 3 | Deputy Chief Security Officer | EG-V | Retired Lt. Col./Col. from Pakistan Army or equivalent rank in Navy/Air Force with preference for staff/intelligence course background and 2–3 years in security roles. |
| 4 | Senior Security Officer | EG-IV | Retired Major or equivalent rank with preference for staff/intelligence course background and 2–3 years in relevant service. |
| 5 | Senior Driller | EG-IV | Bachelor of Engineering (PEC registered) with 7 years experience incl. 3 years as Driller OR F.Sc./DAE with 12 years incl. 5 years in senior drilling roles. |
| 6 | Senior CSR Officer | EG-IV | Master’s/Bachelor’s in relevant social science or legal disciplines with 7 years post-qualification experience. |
| 7 | Senior Boiler Engineer | EG-IV | 1st Class Boiler Engineering Certificate with 7 years of experience incl. 2 years as Boiler Shift Incharge. |
