As part of a national effort to support export-oriented horticulture, PHDEC is hiring for the positions of Manager (Agri Products) and Assistant Manager (Agri Products). These are contract-based roles, available for candidates with academic qualifications in Agriculture with specialization in Horticulture, and practical experience in agro-based industries.
Located in Islamabad, with regional allocations across Sindh, Punjab, Balochistan, and KPK, these roles require individuals who are capable of contributing to sector planning, farmer facilitation, and product value optimization. The main focus lies in improving quality standards, export competitiveness, and field-level implementation of horticulture initiatives.

β Eligibility Criteria
- π Academic Requirement: MSc or MPhil in Agriculture (Horticulture Specialization) from a recognized university.
- π Experience:
- 7 years (Manager role)
- 3 years (Assistant Manager role)
- Preference for candidates with experience in agro-export supply chains, value addition, and quality control practices.
- π§Ύ Original documents must be presented at the time of interview.
- ποΈ Government employees must bring an official No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview.
