Position	Eligibility & Criteria	Job Responsibilities
Legal Advisor (Service Matters)	– LLB (preferably LLM/Bar at Law) from a recognized institution.	– Represent PASSCO in courts for service-related cases.
	– Minimum 15 years of legal practice in High Court/Supreme Court.	– Assist in departmental inquiries and handle legal proceedings.
	– Expertise in Service Law, Ombudsman/Wafaqi Mohtasib.	– Provide legal counsel on service matters.
	– Age: 40-55 years.
Legal Advisor (Corporate)	– LLB (preferably LLM/Bar at Law) from a recognized institution.	– Represent PASSCO in corporate legal matters in court.
	– Minimum 15 years of legal practice in High Court/Supreme Court.	– Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
	– Experience with Corporate Law, Companies Act 2017, SECP regulations, etc.	– Provide legal advice on corporate legal matters.
	– Age: 40-55 years.

💰 Salary and Contract Details

Monthly remuneration is negotiable based on the applicant’s qualifications and experience.
The contract is initially for two years, with a possibility of extension depending on performance.
