🎓 Eligibility Criteria

For Deputy Directors:

• Master’s or equivalent (16 years education) in relevant fields: Business Administration, Public Policy, Finance, Economics, Social Sciences, Education, HR, Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Law, STEM, Mass Communication, etc.
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in a public or private sector relevant organization.
• Preference to candidates with experience in government sector reforms or international donor-funded projects.

For Assistant Directors:

• Master’s or equivalent (16 years education) in the relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience post qualification.
• Preference for candidates with exposure to education management or policy formulation.
