🏛️ About the PPP Unit – P&D Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

The Public Private Partnership Unit (PPP Unit) is a specialized wing of the Planning & Development Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, acting as a technical resource center for all PPP-related initiatives. The unit plays a pivotal role in formulating, evaluating, and implementing high-value infrastructure and service delivery projects in collaboration with private stakeholders and development partners.

It provides expert guidance on project structuring, financial modeling, legal advisory, procurement strategy, and risk analysis, ensuring long-term public value creation and private sector confidence. The unit supports multiple sectors, including transport, energy, agriculture, mining, tourism, health, and IT infrastructure.


💼 Key Skills and Preferences

✅ Project Management Certification (PMP/CP3P)
✅ Knowledge of government procurement, donor compliance & feasibility studies
✅ Experience with PPP frameworks and contract management
✅ Strong research & analytical writing skills
✅ Knowledge of financial modeling and risk assessment tools
✅ International certifications in project finance will be an advantage
