What these roles actually do

• Assistant HR / Admin: maintain HRIS and personnel files, leave & attendance, logistics for hiring and trainings, vendor coordination, and neat record-keeping.
• Assistant Finance & Accounts: prepare vouchers, maintain cash books and ledgers, assist with monthly closes, reconciliations and audit-ready files.
• Social Organizer: plan and run community sessions for MNCH, EPI, nutrition; mobilize target groups, feed M&E tools, and close feedback loops.
• Nurses & Technical Cadres: deliver safe procedures under SOPs, maintain equipment and sterilization logs, assist clinicians, and keep patient records tidy.
