The Programme Monitoring & Implementation Unit (PMIU), under the Punjab Education Sector Reforms Programme (PESRP), is inviting applications for several consultant positions through an Expression of Interest (EOI). Available roles include Manager Monitoring & Evaluation, Manager Network & Support, Software Engineer (.NET), Process Engineer (DevOps), and Support Consultant (Implementation & Coordination).

Job Descriptions and Qualifications

Manager Monitoring & Evaluation:

Salary: Up to Rs. 549,600/-
Qualifications: Master’s Degree (16 years of education) in Social Sciences, Public/Business Administration, Data Sciences, Mathematics, or related field from an HEC-recognized institution.
Experience: Minimum 07 years of relevant experience in the public or private sector with a strong background in quantitative analysis and report writing.

Manager Network & Support:

Salary: Up to Rs. 390,000/-
Qualifications: Master’s or Bachelor’s in Computer Science or IT.
Experience: 06 years of relevant experience in the IT field.

Software Engineer (.NET) & Process Engineer (DevOps):

Salary: Rs. 400,000/-
Qualifications: Master’s or Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or IT.
Experience: 04 years of relevant experience.

Support Consultant (Implementation & Coordination):

Salary: Rs. 160,000/-
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience: Minimum 02 years of post-qualification experience in the public or private sector, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication and organizational skills.
