📋 Positions Available:

| Security Supervisor & Guards | Matric; preference for retired armed forces | Supervisory skills, patrol experience, age not exceeding 55 years |
🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:
🔧 For Engineering Roles:
- Monitor daily construction work on-site
- Interpret technical drawings and provide input on layout and materials
- Prepare bills of quantities, cost estimates, and documentation
- Liaise with vendors and contractors for smooth project execution
- Ensure safety and compliance during site operations
🗂️ For Transfer Branch Clerk:
- Maintain accurate property transaction records
- Handle file creation, updates, and document verification
- Work closely with buyers/sellers during property transfer processes
- Ensure data security and efficient filing systems
🛡️ For Security Team:
- Supervise security shifts, gate logs, and site perimeter checks
- Report any irregularities or suspicious activity
- Maintain discipline and presence at access points
- Coordinate emergency responses when required
