Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network devices such as Ethernet cards and network drivers.
- Provide technical support for Windows (10+), Mac OS (8.x+), and Linux operating systems.
- Maintain and monitor workstation hardware, networked devices, and peripherals.
- Install and configure software and ensure compliance with system specifications.
- Develop presentations and documentation for workshops, seminars, and meetings.
- Oversee the management of IT resources and infrastructure for the e-Library Project.
Eligibility Criteria
✅ Education: 16 years of education in relevant fields such as Computer Science, IT, or Engineering, with qualifications from an HEC-recognized university.
✅ Experience: At least 3 years of experience in IT-related fields. Preference will be given to candidates with government sector experience.
✅ Age Limit: 25–45 years.
✅ Domicile: Candidates must have a Punjab domicile.
