Punjab Education Foundation (PEF)—an autonomous organization under the School Education Department, Government of the Punjab—is expanding its teams to deliver quality schooling to nearly 3.7 million students across the province. Applications are invited for a wide range of contract positions including Deputy Director (Programs, Finance, Audit, IT, Media), Assistant Directors (Programs, Finance, IT—Network & Software, HR, Law, Procurement, Graphic Design), Subject Specialists (English, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Urdu), Officers (Programs/Field, Finance, Audit, Digital Marketing, HR, IT—Software & Network, Civil/Electrical/Mechanical), Executive Assistants (including Photographer/Videographer), and Drivers. Roles are full-time, one-year contracts, extendable on satisfactory performance.

What you will do (high-impact work)

Programs & Academics

  • Visit partner schools, diagnose gaps, and help implement corrective actions that improve attendance, classroom practice, and assessment quality.
  • Organize teacher trainings and follow-ups; build simple tracking sheets and dashboards so decisions are informed by evidence.
  • Write crisp field notes and monthly briefs that leadership can act on—no fluff, just facts and fixes. ✅

Finance & Audit

  • Keep books clean—reconciliations, closings, asset ledgers, and payable cycles on time.
  • Prepare working papers for audits; test controls and clear queries within the quarter.
  • Use ERP/Excel to keep numbers consistent across units and to surface exceptions early.

IT & Digital

  • Build and maintain .NET applications and school portals; guard data with good access control, backups, and patching.
  • Keep networks healthy, educate users, and document SOPs people can actually follow.
  • Showcase PEF’s work responsibly through images, short videos, and social posts that respect student privacy and dignity.

HR, Law & Procurement

  • Run merit-based recruitment, training calendars, and performance reviews with transparent documentation.
  • Vet contracts, track milestones, and procure under PPRA rules with zero shortcuts.

Engineering & Maintenance

  • Sustain safe learning spaces—fix what’s broken, plan preventive maintenance, and treat public money like your own.

How to Apply: Process

Collect your documents 📝

  • CNIC, domicile (Punjab), two recent photos
  • All academic credentials with marksheets (Matric to last degree) and equivalence where applicable
  • Experience certificates on letterhead with clear from–to dates
  • Any professional licenses/diplomas (e.g., DAE, LTV, design/IT certifications)
  • NOC for government/semi-government employees (must mention length of service)

Submit the online application ✅

  1. Go to ctspak.com → open PEF recruitment page.
  2. Fill the online form carefully as per ad guidelines and submit by 06 October 2025 (5:00 PM).
  3. Deposit the non-refundable processing fee using the CTS challan (Bank of Punjab account as per challan). Keep the original slip.

Dispatch the signed hard-copy set (where required) 📦

  • Print the completed online form, sign every page, and attach: latest CV, original deposit slip, NOC (if applicable), attested copies of CNIC, domicile, photos, and all academic & experience documents.
  • Courier to Central Testing Services Pakistan (CTS), Office 414, Floor F2, Jeff Heights, Main Boulevard Gulberg III, Lahore by 09 October 2025 (5:00 PM). Late, partial, or unsigned dossiers are rejected.

Testing & interviews 📅

  • CTS will publish test date, time & venue and issue roll-number slips on ctspak.com; SMS/email may also be used.
  • 50% marks in the written test qualify a candidate for interview (subject to merit and quota).

Other rules

  • Applying to more than one post? Use separate forms and separate fees.
  • PEF/CTS may increase/decrease posts or cancel recruitment at any stage.
