Who Should Apply?

PFAS is looking for candidates who are:

  • Experienced Professionals with at least 10–15 years of relevant expertise in finance, law, IT, auditing, procurement, HR, or governance.
  • Academically Qualified with degrees in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Law, IT, or related disciplines from HEC-recognized universities.
  • Certified Experts with professional certifications like CA, ACCA, CFA, CPA, CIA, PMP, CIPFA, CISA, or CIMA (where applicable).
  • Strategic Thinkers with proven leadership skills and the ability to implement reforms in a government or donor-funded environment.
