Role Snapshots
- Program Director (PPS-11)
Leads the PMU, sets monthly and quarterly targets, chairs review meetings, signs consolidated reports, makes sure budget use follows rules, and guides the APD and all DPDs. - Additional Program Director (PPS-10)
Second-in-command for planning, data reviews, and documentation. Prepares briefs and SOP drafts, follows up with districts, and keeps the inspection calendar running. - Deputy Program Director — IT/Data (PPS-09)
Maintains databases and dashboards, manages access, conducts user trainings, resolves tickets, and helps turn raw data into clean, usable outputs for scorecards. - Deputy Program Director — Coordination (PPS-09)
