Responsibilities & Skills
- Leadership: Candidates must report directly to the CEO and the Board of Directors.
- Strategic Vision: The candidate must have a proven track record of developing and implementing strategies that drive business success and align with national and international best practices.
- Operational Expertise: A strong background in navigating the economic, social, legislative, and regulatory challenges within the power sector.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Interpersonal Skills: Must have the ability to foster strong internal and external relationships, ensuring community engagement and stakeholder cooperation.
Remuneration & Tenure
- Competitive Salary Package: The salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Contract Duration: Initial contract for two years (extendable based on satisfactory performance) with a minimum performance evaluation after 03 years.
- Posting: Candidates may be posted anywhere within QESCO’s jurisdiction.
