Detailed Responsibilities & Skills Required

🔧 System Administrator

• Manage and monitor Windows Servers, VMware ESXi, and network infrastructure.
• Maintain system security, user accounts, backups, and recovery solutions.
• Must have experience in endpoint protection, O365, and enterprise IT environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot across servers, storage, and cloud systems is essential.

🖥 Support Engineer

• Provide IT support across hardware, networks, and software environments.
• Assist end-users with application errors, login issues, and technical troubleshooting.
• Ensure timely issue resolution and user training when required.
• Maintain documentation and update internal knowledge base regularly.
