Communication Specialist (PPS-09) | Master’s in Media, Communications, or Public Administration | 12+ years in health communication strategies, SBCC/IEC material development, and community outreach programs. |
Financial Management Specialist (PPS-09) | Master’s in Finance/Economics (ACCA/CMA preferred) | 10 years in financial management, budgeting, and auditing, with experience in donor-funded projects highly desirable. |
Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist (PPS-09) | Master’s in Statistics, Public Health, or Economics | 10 years in M&E roles. Proficiency in statistical tools like SPSS, SAS, or STATA required. |
Gender-cum-Training Specialist (PPS-09) | Master’s in Gender Studies, Sociology, or Anthropology | 10 years in gender-based violence prevention and grievance redressal. Training development expertise required. |
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- Relevant qualifications as outlined above, from HEC-recognized or equivalent foreign institutions.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years in the relevant field, with demonstrated expertise in the specified roles.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in analytical, statistical, and communication tools (specific to each position).
Soft Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
