Local Government Department, Government of Sindh
The Government of Sindh is seeking highly skilled professionals to join the Solid Waste Emergency & Efficiency Project (SWEEP) on a contract basis. This initiative, funded by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD), is designed to improve solid waste management practices across the province. Candidates with proven expertise in engineering, procurement, environmental sciences, finance, and livelihood development are invited to apply.

| 2 | Senior Solid Waste Engineer | 01 | Master’s Degree in Environmental Science/Engineering. 10+ years of experience in waste management regulations, projects, and technologies. |
| 3 | Environmental Specialist | 01 | Master’s Degree in Environmental Sciences/Engineering. 15+ years of experience in environmental impact assessments & solid waste management projects. Preference for experience in World Bank/Foreign Funded projects. |
| 4 | Assistant Manager Finance (Audit) | 01 | ACCA/ACMA or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 5+ years of internal auditing experience. CIA certification & experience with World Bank financial software preferred. |
| 5 | Livelihood Officer | 02 | Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Social Sciences/Development Studies. 5+ years of experience in community-based development, economic uplift projects, and vocational training programs. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. |
| 6 | Assistant Manager (Civil) | 02 | Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (HEC-recognized university). 3+ years of experience in civil engineering projects. Strong AutoCAD & MS Office skills required. |
| 7 | Quantity Surveyor | 01 | Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. 5+ years of experience in civil construction & quantity surveying. Expertise in AutoCAD, MS Office, and costing software required. Preference for candidates with experience in infrastructure development & consultancy firms. |
