Key Responsibilities for Positions

1. Deputy General Manager (Investment)

  • Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead research activities to support decision-making for portfolio management.
  • Collaborate with senior management to optimize investments.
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal policies.

2. Assistant General Manager (Accounts & Operations)

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements related to investments.
  • Oversee reconciliation processes, audits, and compliance reporting.
  • Manage and monitor financial data, ensuring accuracy and transparency.

3. Assistant General Manager (Investment)

  • Manage investment portfolios to maximize returns and minimize risks.
  • Analyze market trends, assess existing investments, and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and financial policies.

4. Manager (Investment)

  • Oversee investment activities, focusing on operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Conduct financial research and market analysis to support strategies.
  • Manage cash balances and ensure timely deployment into suitable investment options.

5. Manager (Settlement & Corporate Affairs)

  • Handle accurate and timely equity settlements and corporate governance processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for smooth settlement operations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for corporate affairs.

6. Deputy Manager (Research)

  • Monitor market trends, economic developments, and investment opportunities.
  • Conduct research for portfolio diversification and financial forecasting.
  • Analyze risks and recommend strategies for equity and fixed-income investments.

7. Assistant Manager (Research)

  • Analyze performance trends of listed companies and investment sectors.
  • Prepare periodic research reports for decision-makers.
  • Identify and recommend new investment opportunities through thorough market research.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Professional certifications like CFA, ACCA, CPA will be a plus.

Experience Required:

  • Experience varies by role (1–12 years) in relevant fields such as investment management, financial analysis, corporate governance, and research.

Age Limit:

  • Positions range from 30 to 45 years (as per the post).

Terms and Conditions

  1. These positions are on a contract basis for 3 years (extendable based on performance).
  2. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews.
  3. Selected candidates must present verified educational certificates and experience documents.
  4. Applicants working in government institutions must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
  5. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
