E HANDS, in collaboration with the Regional English Language Office (RELO) at the U.S. Embassy Islamabad, is seeking motivated and experienced professionals for its English Works! Program in Haripur. This seven-month contract-based initiative aims to equip young learners (ages 17-25) from underprivileged backgrounds with English language proficiency, digital literacy, and essential career skills.

🎓 Target Group: Students (17-25 years old) from low-income backgrounds

Available Positions & Requirements

1️⃣ Program Manager

💰 Salary: 78,750 PKR/month
⏳ Workload: 40 hours/week

✅ Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, English, or a related field
• 2-3 years of program coordination experience, preferably in education or nonprofit sectors
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, data management, and reporting
• Preference for candidates with experience in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and fluent in Pashto

2️⃣ Head Teacher

💰 Salary: 93,000 PKR/month
⏳ Workload: 20 hours/week (4 days/week)

✅ Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree preferred (minimum Bachelor’s in English, Literature, or Linguistics)
• At least three years of leadership experience in an academic or educational program
• Expertise in curriculum development, training, and program management
• Strong organizational and reporting skills

3️⃣ English Language Instructor (Male/Female)

💰 Salary: 70,000 PKR/month
⏳ Workload: 20 hours/week (4 days/week)

✅ Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, or a closely related field (Master’s preferred)
• 2-3 years of experience teaching English to secondary/higher education students
• Proficiency in digital teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS, etc.)
• Strong skills in educational technology and curriculum planning

4️⃣ Teaching Assistant (Male/Female)

💰 Salary: 44,000 PKR/month
⏳ Workload: 20 hours/week (4 days/week)

✅ Required Qualifications:

• BS (Hons.) in English Literature, Linguistics, or Computer Science
• Experience in community leadership and extracurricular engagement
• Ability to assist teachers with lesson planning and academic support

5️⃣ Administrative Assistant (Male/Female)

💰 Salary: 49,000 PKR/month
⏳ Workload: 20 hours/week (4 days/week)

✅ Required Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred)
• At least two years of experience in office administration
• Strong computer literacy, organizational, and communication skills
