Eligibility Criteria & Important Guidelines

📌 General Age Relaxation:

• 5 years of general age relaxation is already included in the age limit.
• 3 years additional relaxation for candidates from Scheduled Castes & Buddhist Communities.
• Up to 10 years relaxation for Government employees with 2+ years of continuous service.

📌 Application Criteria:

• Only eligible candidates meeting the required qualifications and experience should apply.
• WAPDA employees should submit their applications through WAPDA HR Division.
• Government employees must apply through proper channels with an official NOC/Permission letter.
• Degrees must be verified by HEC-recognized universities/boards.

📌 Selection Process:

• The written test will be conducted by M/s OTS (Open Testing Service), and the interview will be conducted by WAPDA.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for further assessment.
• No TA/DA will be provided for the test/interview.

📌 Employment Terms:

• Initial appointment will be on probation for 1 year.
• Regularization depends on performance during the probationary period.
• Candidates dismissed due to disciplinary actions from previous government service cannot apply.

• Applications must be submitted within 15 days of the advertisement date.

📌 Step 2: Pay the Test Fee

• Rs. 200/- test fee should be paid via designated banks (HBL, ABL, Bank Alfalah) using the OTS Challan Form available at www.ots.org.pk.

📌 Step 3: Submit Application Documents

• Send the prescribed application form (downloadable from the OTS website) via courier along with:
  ✅ Attested copies of educational documents
  ✅ CNIC & domicile certificate
  ✅ Relevant experience certificates
  ✅ Two passport-size photographs
  ✅ Original paid bank challan
