GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• We will publish the list of ineligible candidates on the website after the process of reviewing applications has been completed. A candidate with any grievance(s) regarding eligibility or result of any portion of the test will be required to lodge inquiry/complaint on the website within 7 days of the date of uploading the result, so the department can respond via its complaint management process.
• Please do not submit handwritten applications.
• A civil surgeon authorized by the Federal Government will examine all candidates during final selection.
• Applicants must apply online on the website www.ibms.fia.gov.pk. It is suggested that applicants visit the website regularly for updates regarding the recruitment process, such as information regarding eligibility, testing centers, test dates, registration slips and results. A SMS will also be sent to the given mobile number about the test schedule. In this case, no information will be sent via postal mail.
• Candidates will not be allowed to appear in any test without their original CNIC/Passport and Registration slip.
• There will be no relaxation in the lower age limit.
• Tests, interviews, and skill tests will not be eligible for TA/DA.
• At the time of interview, applicant shall bring original documents and set of attested copies of degree/certificates issued by HEC/recognized
• Board/Universities/Institutes. Should any information furnished by an applicant prove to be false or bogus, the candidate’s candidature will be cancelled and legal action will be taken against him/her during or after recruitment.
• The test center does not allow mobile phones.
