Job Description of Hotel Receptionist Manager:

We are looking for one of our customers located in PARIS (department), a Head of Reception.

As a reception manager, your missions will be as follows:

– Supervision and training of the Reception team
– Welcoming the customer upon arrival with thoughtfulness and attention
– Contributing, through a warm and personalized relationship, to customer loyalty.
– Take into account and anticipate the needs of the customer.
– Manage any objections and/or remarks from the client.
– Collect and analyze various information and feedback
– Implement corrective actions.
– Convey the image of the hotel.
– Contribute to bringing the brand’s concepts to life on a daily basis.
– Respect all booking commitments.
– Ensure operations related to the reception and departure of the customer in compliance with internal procedures (check-in, check-out).
– Inform the customer about the conditions of stay, the formalities and the services offered by the hotel. – Manage phone calls.
– Collect and re-transmit the necessary information to other departments (floors, technical, etc.) and to other members of his department.
– Ensure the availability and timeliness of documents made available to the client.
– Make reservations.

Graduate of a training or a diploma related to tourism or reception, you must justify a first experience in the hotel industry or leisure structures as well as in the supervision of staff Fluency in English current will be paramount.
