How To Apply for ISI?

To join ISI directly you have to join the armed forces first. You can join ISI indirectly by joining intelligence services. All armed forces can participate in the Inter-Services Intelligence jobs, including the Pakistan NavyPakistan Army, and Pak Air Force.

Many people believe that ISI job vacancies are hidden and that the average person cannot join this agency, but this is not true.

Applicants to this job must meet the eligibility criteria, whether they are military or civilian.

Civilian tests will be administered by the Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) along with their selection and interview processes.

People from the military must take intelligence tests in order to apply for ISI Pakistan jobs. If they pass the intelligence tests, they will then have to serve in military intelligence before being hired for Inter Services Intelligence.

How to Join ISI as a Civilian?

It is also possible to join ISI on a metric basis. FPSC advertised ISI jobs in numerous newspapers and took tests.

Tests include multiple-choice questions with most subjects being English, General knowledge, and current affairs.

The candidates who have passed the initial test must also undergo a psychological test, which includes picture drawing and sentence completion.

A final interview will be conducted after candidates have passed the initial and psychological tests.

Candidates have three chances for ISI jobs. If you fail the first time, you can try again if you pass the second time, and if you fail the third time, you will not be eligible.

ISI jobs are not only available to FSC students but can also be applied for by graduates and master’s degree holders. They follow the same process as FSC students.

Normally, there are very few vacancies announced by Fpsc, but the people who get the job are lucky enough.

How to Join ISI as an Officer?

You can join ISI as an officer in this indirect manner. After completing the Fsc, these candidates can apply for any Pakistan Armed Forces, such as the navy, air force, and others.

Any armed force at any base may be joined by any person; a commissioned officer, a noncommissioned officer, or a short service commission.

After passing all tests, you will enter the armed forces, then you will be sent to the inter-service intelligence school.

You will need to complete your training at the inter-service intelligence school.

You will become a member of the Field Intelligence Unit (FIU) after completing your course.

You will become permanently part of ISI if you perform well and satisfy your senior officials after selecting a field intelligence unit.
