Job description:

As a Key Account Manager, you play an important key role within StepStone and assist our clients with their recruitment needs.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• You visit customers and prospects on location and work closely with other departments such as Internal Sales, Customer Service and Marketing.
• In this challenging and autonomous position you strengthen existing customer relationships and look for new customers. You manage the top companies in your area.
• You make efficient diagnoses of customer needs and convert them into creative and strategic StepStone solutions.
• You achieve your assigned goals and get satisfaction from exceeding them.
• Finally, you are not afraid of daily administrative tasks such as maintaining the CRM system, following up on contacts and offers, etc.
