In Balochistan, the BPSC or Balochistan Public Service Commission ensures that only people with merit are recruited into the public service sector, thereby improving the efficiency of the public sector. The second part of this body’s mandate is to conduct examinations and interviews for people who want to be employed in civil service. This organisation should observe some principles to ensure it remains transparent and fair and provides equal opportunities.
