What the roles involve (plain-English snapshots)

Psychologist
You will conduct baseline assessments, write behavior support plans, guide teachers on classroom accommodations, and counsel parents. Documentation—assessment sheets, progress notes, and referral records—must be accurate and confidential. Experience with play therapy or classroom behavior strategies is welcome.

Teachers (Special Fields)
Whether your specialization is Hearing Impairment, Visual Impairment, Mental Disability, or Slow Learners, your day centers on IEPs: setting goals, using appropriate teaching aids, tracking progress, and coordinating with therapists. For students with visual impairment, Braille and orientation & mobility skills are essential; for the hearing-impaired, familiarity with sign language, lip-reading cues, or auditory-verbal techniques will help. Patience and positive behavior support are must-haves across all rooms.

Driver & Conductor
You’ll ensure safe student transport, strict adherence to routes and timings, proper logbook entries, and pre-trip checks. The conductor assists boarding/alighting, helps with wheelchairs or mobility aids, and keeps order on the bus. A calm, child-friendly manner is essential.

Chowkidar, Mali, Naib Qasid, Sweeper/Sweeperess
These posts keep the campus secure, green, and hygienic. Expect shift duty for chowkidars, scheduled plantation and pruning for mali, careful file/parcel movement for naib qasid, and daily classroom/therapy-room sanitization for sweeping staff.
