TransKarachi, the implementing agency of the Karachi Breeze BRT system, invites driven, experienced, and passionate professionals to be part of the city’s modern public transport revolution. We are currently hiring for the following full-time, contract-based positions based in Karachi:
👉 General Manager – Operations,
👉 Assistant Director – Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS),
👉 Procurement Specialist,
👉 Network & Maintenance Technician (NMT)
👉 Assistant Manager – Health, Safety & Environment (HSE).
These roles support various aspects of the Karachi BRT project, from smart infrastructure deployment to safe operations, procurement compliance, technical upkeep, and environmental governance.

| 2️⃣ | Assistant Director – ITS | 01 | Manage integration of ITS tools (AVLS, AFC, PTIS, CCTV) and lead real-time monitoring, system upgrades, and troubleshooting | 🎓 Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Systems. 8+ years in ITS deployment and management with hands-on AFC, analytics, and transport tech. |
| 3️⃣ | Procurement Specialist | 01 | Responsible for end-to-end procurement under donor (ADB/IFC) and local regulations; contract management and audit preparation | 🎓 Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business/Finance/Accounting. CIPS/MRICS certification preferred. 7+ years of procurement experience; minimum 3 years with donor-funded projects. |

| 5️⃣ | Assistant Manager – Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) | 01 | Implement HSE policy, manage incident reports, ensure compliance with IFC/ADB standards, and lead staff training initiatives | 🎓 Bachelor’s/Master’s in Occupational Health or Engineering. NEBOSH/OSHA/IGC certified. 5+ years in HSE for infrastructure or mass transit projects. |
