- Strategy & BD roles will map growth corridors, develop partnerships with developers/financiers/utility providers, and convert board directives into fundable, time-bound initiatives.
- Finance & Treasury will strengthen IFRS-compliant reporting, budgets, and cash-flow planning while keeping audits smooth and governance robust.
- CoGen (Finance & Planning) will bring sector-specific rigor to utility budgeting, cost-per-unit analysis, and capex modeling—ensuring plant performance translates into a healthy financial outcome.
- Audit will independently evaluate controls, automate checklists where possible, and help management close gaps rather than simply listing observations.

Manager Strategy
- Publish a 12–18-month strategy with milestones, owner assignments, and dashboards.
- Build unit economics for new projects and present investment cases (NPV/IRR, sensitivity, scenario analysis).
- Anchor market intelligence—pricing, competitor moves, regulatory changes—and brief leadership monthly.
Manager Business Development
- Convert qualified opportunities into signed MoUs/agreements; maintain a clean pipeline with win-probability and expected value.
- Lead bid management: RFP analysis, compliance matrices, technical + commercial submissions, and post-bid clarifications.
- Keep CRM hygiene—every meeting logged, next steps documented, and aging risks flagged.
Manager Finance
- Deliver timely closings (monthly/quarterly/annual) and coordinated external audit.
- Introduce rolling forecasts, automate reconciliations, and tighten payable cycles without hurting vendor relationships.
- Maintain a robust tax calendar and respond to queries with complete documentation.
Manager CoGen (Finance & Planning)
- Align plant budgets to O&M realities; track cost-per-MWh and variance drivers; publish dashboard KPIs (availability, heat rate, fuel mix).
- Structure capex cases, update financial models, and ensure compliance with bank/facility covenants.
- Collaborate with operations to forecast outages and inventory without cash-flow shocks.
Assistant Manager Finance
- Own GL hygiene and reconciliations; prepare schedules for auditors; maintain supporting vouchers perfectly indexed.
- Enhance Excel/ERP templates and train juniors on closing discipline.
Assistant Manager Business Development
- Build market maps, maintain prospect sheets, and prepare crisp pitch decks and proposals.
- Track campaign metrics (leads, meetings, proposals, wins) and report weekly.
Assistant Manager Treasury
- Produce daily cash positions, weekly cash forecasts, and monthly treasury reports.
- Optimize idle cash via approved instruments; manage bank relationships and facility documentation.
Audit Officer
- Execute risk-based audits, from planning to reporting and management-action follow-ups.
- Use data analytics to test controls (duplicates, aging anomalies, 3-way match gaps).
