What You’ll Do (role highlights)
Lead and deliver HIV results (Program Manager — HIV/AIDS)
- Own the national workplan for prevention, testing, and ART coverage; balance budgets, procurement lead times, and provincial targets.
- Keep grants audit-ready: on-time reporting, indicator integrity, and risk logs that actually drive decisions.
- Convene partners—public facilities, NGOs, labs—to unblock bottlenecks and close gaps in the cascade.
Strengthen the country’s TB reference function (Deputy Technical Advisor — NRL)
- Standardize mycobacteriology practices; implement EQA and biosafety drills; guide roll-out of rapid molecular testing and DST.
- Mentor provincial labs; integrate digital result flows to shorten time-to-treatment and reduce lost results.
Move medicines—without stock-outs (Manager Warehouse & PSC Specialist)
- Forecast demand, map pipeline risks, and run FEFO with batch/expiry visibility across regions.
- Drive transparent procurements under donor rules; keep GRNs, variance notes, and vendor performance files inspection-ready.
- Use ERP/LMIS dashboards to keep leadership and field teams aligned.
Turn data into decisions (Manager Data & Computer Programmer)
- Build robust ETL pipelines from sites to national dashboards; enforce DQA and clear SOPs.
- Design and maintain .NET apps and APIs; tune MS SQL for speed and reliability; publish concise visual summaries for busy field teams.
Take services to hard-to-reach communities (GB field teams)
- Operate mobile X-ray outreach safely and respectfully—patient privacy, informed consent, and correct PPE.
