EXIM Bank is hiring for the following positions across Islamabad, Karachi, and Lahore:

✅ Head – Corporate & Financial Institutions (Islamabad, Karachi)

Lead EXIM’s Corporate & Financial Institutions portfolio, strategize product development for conventional and Islamic trade finance, and build strategic alliances with financial institutions. Oversee risk management, compliance, and full-cycle portfolio development.

• Qualification: Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) in Finance, Economics, or related fields (HEC recognized).
• Experience: Minimum 15 years in banking, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.

✅ Team Lead – Credit Administration (Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi)

Develop and implement policies across corporate, SME, and credit insurance portfolios. Ensure SBP compliance, streamline credit approvals, and manage audits and risk assessments.

• Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Business, or Economics.
• Experience: 10+ years in credit administration or trade finance operations.

✅ Regional Business Manager (Karachi)

Drive EXIM’s mission by leading market development for credit insurance and guarantees. The role involves financial modeling, credit structuring, client portfolio management, and policy implementation.

• Qualification: Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, or Economics.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years in trade or corporate banking with leadership exposure.

✅ Relationship Manager (Karachi)

Support client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation through credit structuring and due diligence. A strategic role designed for professionals passionate about SME financing and export development.

• Qualification: Bachelor’s in Finance or Business (HEC recognized).
• Experience: 5+ years in banking with proven relationship management experience.

✅ Relationship Associate (Karachi)

Work closely with senior teams to deliver business support, conduct credit analysis, and assist in preparing funding proposals and due diligence documentation.

• Qualification: Bachelor’s in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 3 years in banking, preferably in corporate or trade finance.

✅ Jr. Trainee Officer / Officer – Finance (Islamabad, Karachi)

Handle ERP payment processing, bank reconciliations, and compliance with taxation regulations. Engage in coordination for budgeting and audit reporting.

• Qualification: Bachelor’s in Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in finance or accounts.

✅ Jr. Trainee Officer / Officer – General Administration (Islamabad, Karachi)

Manage day-to-day office operations including procurement, utility services, asset handling, event logistics, and travel arrangements. Play a key role in administrative excellence.

• Qualification: Bachelor’s in Business Administration or DAE in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in administration, preferably in public sector.
