✅ Eligibility Criteria

• ✅ Diploma in Midwifery (One Year) OR BSN (Preferred)
• ✅ Valid Registration with Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC)
• ✅ Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting (ICU, ER, or Wards preferred)
• ✅ Must be physically fit and mentally alert to perform shift duties
