4) What You’ll Do (role highlights)
Experiential Registrars
- Run specialty-specific inpatient, outpatient and emergency services; complete operative/diagnostic lists as per roster.
- Lead ward rounds, oversee junior staff, and ensure accurate documentation, consent, and discharge planning.
- Participate in clinical audits, M&M reviews, CME, and protocol development aligned with MTI standards.
- Uphold infection prevention, medication safety and patient confidentiality at all times.
Trainee Registrars
- Deliver supervised specialty care, complete training objectives, maintain logbooks and participate in teaching.
- Support procedure lists, on-calls, and cross-disciplinary care (ICU/ER/OT).
- Prepare cases for conferences; engage in quality improvement and guideline implementation.
Charge Nurses (Female & Male)
- Lead nursing shifts and coordinate safe staffing, handovers and patient education.
- Maintain IV therapy, medication administration, asepsis, and documentation per hospital policy/EMR modules.
- Support emergency response (BLS/ACLS where relevant), safety checks, and device care; orient new nurses/trainees.
- Enforce infection-control bundles and contribute to incident reporting and corrective actions.
Dental Technician
- Provide chair-side assistance, instrument sterilization, impressions, and simple lab tasks under dental surgeon guidance.
- Maintain stock, prepare trays, and ensure patient-ready operatory turnover between cases.
