What the Roles Deliver
Assistant Manager Operations
You run the field. That means daily deployment of crews, route adherence for primary/secondary collection, transfer-station coordination, and on-time closeout of complaints. You’ll keep SOPs, safety, PPE and attendance tight, track KPIs (coverage, timeliness, service quality), and brief leadership weekly. Expect hands-on supervision, surprise checks, vendor oversight, and rapid support during rain, public events, or surge clean-ups.
Assistant Manager Fleet
Your mission is fleet uptime. You’ll schedule preventive maintenance, manage breakdown response and spares, verify fuel/tyre analytics, and keep GPS/telemetry dashboards useful, not ornamental. Fitness certificates, logbooks, and workshop records must stay audit-ready. Close coordination with Operations ensures the right vehicles are route-ready every morning.
Enforcement Inspector
You set standards on the street. Lead teams that enforce cleanliness by-laws and contractor obligations, conduct patrols and spot checks, document violations with geo-tagged evidence, and coordinate with police/administration for special drives. Shift discipline, incident logging, and respectful citizen engagement are non-negotiable.
