The role covers strategy, compliant O&M, regulator engagement (Ministry of Energy/NEPRA/CPPA-G), governance, risk, and performance, with a mandate to drive HR and operational reforms. Terms: 3-year contract (extendable); maximum age: 58 years on the closing date.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Lead company operations and ensure smooth O&M of both power plants.
• Develop and implement business plans aligned with national energy policies.
• Engage with Ministry of Energy, NEPRA, CPPA-G, and other regulators.
• Report progress and financial updates to the Board of Directors.
• Drive organizational reforms, HR policies, and governance frameworks.
• Manage risks and maintain financial discipline.
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement in operations
