Pakistan Software Export Board PSEB Jobs 2024 In Islamabad

Pakistan Software Export Board PSEB jobs 2024 have been announced for skilled individuals to work in the IT and IT-enabled Services (ITeS) sector. The selected candidate will help PSEB to improve Pakistan’s exports as well as oversee their strategic direction. The vacancy is available for the post of Independent Director (listed in the SECP’s databank). Further information about the job is given below:

Qualifications: Minimum 16 years of education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law or related field

Professional/Governance Experience: Minimum 15 years in a senior leadership role preferably in the IT/ITES sector, public sector, or a multinational organization, and 3 years in serving the board of directors (public or private sector)

Selection Criteria: As outlined in Section 16 and Schedule IV of the SOEs Act, 2023.

Inclusion in Directors Databank: Must be listed in the SECP’s databank of independent directors (as per Section 166 of the Companies Act, 2017).

Age: 35 – 70 years.
