The Punjab Health Department’s 16‑lab cardiac expansion is searching for frontline talent—Interventional Cardiologists (FCPS/MD Cardiology), Medical Officers (MBBS, PMDC‑registered), Staff Nurses (BScN or Diploma + PNC licence) and Cardiology Technologists (BS Cardiology Technology)—to staff new catheterization units in districts from Lahore and Rawalpindi to Muzaffargarh and Layyah. Roles are contractual, renewable on performance, come with market‑based salaries, and place you inside fully equipped labs handling angiography, PCI and emergency cardiac care close to patients’ homes.

🚨 Vacant Positions

1️⃣ Interventional Cardiologists

• Number of Positions: Multiple
• Qualification: MBBS with FCPS in Cardiology (or equivalent from PMDC-recognized body)
• Experience: At least 2 years of post-fellowship clinical experience in cardiac catheterization
• Preference: Hands-on experience with PCI, angiography, and cardiac emergencies

2️⃣ Medical Officers (MO) – Male & Female

• Number of Positions: Multiple
• Qualification: MBBS from PMDC-recognized institution
• Registration: Valid PMDC license
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of house job (preferably in cardiology or medicine)
• 🩺 Fresh doctors with solid aptitude for cardiology are encouraged to apply

3️⃣ Staff Nurses – Female

• Number of Positions: Multiple
• Qualification: 4-year Generic BScN or 3-year Diploma in General Nursing + 1-year Midwifery/Post Basic
• Registration: Valid PNC license
• Experience: Clinical experience in ICU, CCU, or cardiac care units preferred
• 💉 Special training in cardiac emergencies is a plus

4️⃣ Cardiology Technologists

• Number of Positions: Multiple
• Qualification: BS Cardiology Technology or relevant degree from HEC-recognized university
• Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience operating cath lab equipment (ECG, ETT, Echo, angiography systems)
• ⚙️ Candidates with experience in government-run health setups will be prioritized
