About PHEC
PHEC supports higher education across Punjab through policy support, capacity building, research facilitation and student programs. The Honhaar Scholarship Program targets merit-based support for students, along with transparent tracking and reporting. The new PMU will operate from Arfa Software Technology Park, Ferozepur Road, Lahore, working closely with universities and other partners to keep the program on schedule and compliant with public-sector rules.
