Multiple Positions – Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF), Lahore

The Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF), Pakistan’s largest skills development fund established by the Government of Punjab, is inviting applications from driven, experienced, and mission-aligned professionals for multiple roles in its Lahore-based head office. As a leading non-profit organization in workforce development, PSDF offers a dynamic and inclusive work culture where talent is recognized, empowered, and celebrated.

Currently, PSDF is hiring for the roles of Assistant Manager – Program Design, Assistant Manager – Program Operations, Assistant Manager – Digital Programs, and Specialist – Digital Programs. These positions demand individuals with strong educational backgrounds, preferably Bachelor’s (Hons) or Master’s degrees in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or Social Sciences from HEC-recognized institutions, and solid experience in program design, operations, and digital skills initiatives.

3️⃣

Assistant Manager – Digital Programs

Bachelor’s (Hons) in Business Admin, Marketing, Economics, or Social Sciences (HEC recognized) + Minimum 5 years’ experience. Expertise in digital skills initiatives preferred.

4️⃣

Specialist – Digital Programs

Bachelor’s (Hons) in Business Admin, Marketing, Economics, or Social Sciences (HEC recognized) + Minimum 4 years’ experience. Background in digital program execution/design preferred.
