Be at the forefront of customer care and do impactful work at the enterprise level. In this role you will:
Work for a start-up digital finance company that offers a buy now pay later platform for online and in-store purchases;
Respond to customer inquiries related to bills, payments, accounts, utility and energy meters in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email or chat;
Contribute to project success, suggest improvements, share knowledge and learn together with your colleagues.
Requisitos del trabajo
What are we looking for:
German language skills at C1 level or mother tongue;
English skills at B2 level or higher;
Good computer skills;
Fast solver of technical problems;
positivity and ability to cope well with stress;
multitasking skills;
flexibility for change;
You can start on June 12th!
Intermediate/intermediate level of Dutch – preferred, not required.
