Prepare dish for service, ensure QHSE hygiene standards and work procedures Realization of dishes and meats à la carte and menu, or special customer orders. Realization of basic stocks and mother sauces Preparation and cutting of meat and vegetables Controlling preparations (tasting, analysis and rectification) Stock and inventory control We are looking for a motivated cook with experience to work in a team friendly and multilingual in a country restaurant where you can breathe fresh French air
(Spanish or Italian would be a plus, but not mandatory)
