Within the Technical Division (TEC) and within the “
PROJECT PLANNING AND CONTROL (PCP) Function, the PCP activity manager for “outdoor railway sites”:
monitors the implementation of the “Plan of the investments of the operational sites” assigned and the
control of the times and costs of the studies, surveys, works and constituent works
of the Project, and by guaranteeing the respect of the objectives defined, after use of the best
practices in terms of systems and methods of project management (PM).Also
supports the heads of other functions with regard to the drafting of the
monthly progress report,by providing all the information on the progress of the construction site,
on the forecasts to be finished, on the areas of risk
and criticality, on the reservations and potential and ongoing litigation
