As a Quality Manager, you work with our customers to develop, implement and improve quality strategies and processes to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations. Examples of duties may be:
– Develop, implement and improve quality strategies and processes to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations –
Responsible for the quality management system and ensure that it meets relevant ISO standards and certifications
– Conduct internal and external audits to ensure quality control and discover areas for improvement –
Collaborate with other departments, including production, purchasing and engineering to ensure a smooth and quality-assured process flow –
Participate in management meetings and contribute quality insights and recommendations

Qualifications
We are looking for you as has/is:
– Academic degree or other equivalent post-secondary education
– At least 5 years of work experience in a labeled area
– Solid experience and knowledge of working with quality management systems in the manufacturing industry with a focus on continuous improvements –
Good knowledge of quality standards and tools such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO/TS16949
– Experience in leading and developing quality teams and implementing change initiatives
– High IT maturity, i.e. masters Office 365, business systems and other systems that are relevant to the role
– Very good knowledge of Swedish and English both spoken and written
