The workstation consists of carrying out, in collaboration with the reference Project Manager,
The following activities:
– Monitoring and coordinating the various technical and operational tasks related to the
Call for Tender process in accordance with the schedule;
– Prepare and co-facilitate the various coordination meetings (internal or external to the
CO12 team);
– Write reports, monitor actions, follow up with partners and edit a
weekly dashboard, report alerts;
– Analyze, document and manage certain technical files;
– Assist the CO12 team in managing the many interfaces of the operational site, by
monitoring and formalizing the progress of the work.
