You prepare orders and take care of the shipment of goods for customers
Checking delivery documents before unloading or shipping before loading
Receiving items
Handling or driving products to the planned arrival, storage or departure areas
Storage of products, boxes or pallets in the dedicated storage area and ensuring stocking
Control of the conformity of product references, appearance and quantity by respecting the operating methods
Preparation and packaging of products or orders
Reporting of possible anomalies
Management and follow-up of shipments (knowledge of Excel essential)
Communication with customers (email and/or telephone)
