Positions Detail

Health, Safety, and Training Administrator

Department: Health & Safety
Location: Reko Diq Mine Site, Balochistan

Qualifications:

• University degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Strong administrative skills
• Intermediate oral and written communication skills in English
• Strong organizational, team-building, and interpersonal skills

Experience:

• Experience in the mining/heavy engineering industries is preferred
• 2 years of HS&T admin experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience
• Experience in construction or resources is desirable

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support
• Data management, analysis, and reporting of safety and training
• Investigate data for incidents
• Develop and update target posters
• Manage monthly HS&T KPI data
• Maintain personnel records
• Evaluate training activities
• Ensure confidentiality
• Educate personnel on safety standards

Lifting Supervisor

Department: Health & Safety
Location: Reko Diq Mine Site, Balochistan

Qualifications:

• LEEA Level 1 certification
• Level 2 Rigging and Lifting Certification
• International Rigging and Lifting Certifications and Accreditations (highly desirable)
• UKOM Rigging and Lifting Supervisor Certification
• Working at Heights 3rd party certification
• HTV license
• Basic Lifting and Rigging Certification

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in LEEA Level 1
• Minimum 8 years of experience in LEEA Level 2
• Field-level experience in rigging and heavy lifting with various cranes
• Experience in writing procedures and standards for lifting and rigging

Responsibilities:

• Supervise RDMC lifting operations
• Manage crane personnel safety compliance
• Plan and organize lifts
• Assess sites and develop safe lifting plans
• Oversee equipment lifts
• Train workers and conduct safety meetings
• Perform onsite safety observations
• Ensure equipment compliance
• Identify and mitigate risks
• Prevent accidents

Training Supervisor

Department: Health & Safety
Location: Reko Diq Mine Site, Balochistan

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or relevant qualifications
• Certificate in Training & Assessment (or equivalent)
• Certificate in Motor Vehicle Driver Training (desirable)
• Certificate in Work Health and Safety (desirable)

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a training role, preferably in the mining industry

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and assess various training programs
• Ensure compliance with RDMC standards
• Assist in training development
• Provide trainee feedback
• Report progress
• Conduct performance observations
• Manage training records
• Support incident investigations
• Promote professional development
• Design educational programs
• Conduct audits
• Maintain confidentiality

Safety Supervisor

Department: Health & Safety
Location: Reko Diq Mine Site, Balochistan

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or relevant qualifications
• Certificate or Diploma in OHS

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Construction/Resources industries
• Preferably operational experience in Health, Safety, or Loss Prevention

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational health and safety support
• Implement safety systems
• Facilitate investigations
• Conduct safety audits
• Coach RDMC personnel
• Develop procedures
• Participate in Critical Control Management
• Ensure adherence to HS&S plans
• Liaise with contractors
• Audit compliance
• Support emergency and OHS programs
• Advise on safety compliance
• Conduct safety inspections and interactions

Equipment Trainer

Department: Health & Safety
Location: Reko Diq Mine Site, Balochistan

Qualifications:

• Certificate in Training & Assessment (or equivalent)
• Current LTV class Driver’s License
• Certificate in Work Health and Safety (desirable)

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a training role, preferably in the mining industry

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and evaluate training programs
• Maintain equipment proficiency
• Update training materials
• Identify and mitigate risks
• Ensure compliance with RDMC standards
• Provide trainee feedback
• Report progress
• Support incident investigations
• Develop training packages
• Promote professional development
• Conduct audits
• Manage training records
• Ensure confidentiality

Senior GIS Analyst

Department: Geoinformatics & Explorations
Location: Reko Diq Mine Site, Balochistan

Qualifications:

• Degree in Geography, Geomatics, Systems Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related field
• Advanced knowledge of ESRI/GIS platforms such as ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcMap
• Intermediate knowledge of GIS applications and plugins like Target for ArcGIS
• Knowledge of databases and SQL Server
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python (desirable)
• Advanced English skills

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of work experience, with at least 6 years in similar roles within the mining sector, preferably in explorations

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize GIS information for exploration projects
• Lead GIS improvements
• Ensure database alignment
• Use geoinformatics standards
• Coordinate GIS activities
• Optimize geological data processes
• Ensure data accuracy
• Enforce Health and Safety, Code of Conduct, Environmental, and Community Relations Policies
• Promote a culture of safety, integrity, environmental care, and community respect

HR System and Operations Officer

Department: Human Resources
Location: Karachi Office

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR systems administration or a similar role

Responsibilities:

• Manage HRIS for data accuracy and compliance
• Oversee employee lifecycle processes
• Maintain records
• Handle labor relations

Junior Document Control

Department: Project

Qualifications:

• Experience in construction projects and engineering firms is a plus
